Privacy Policy for Shufl FM

Shufl FM (package ppsrv.shuflfm.apps) is a music player provided by the Shufl FM developer team. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information processed
Shufl FM can process search terms, playback requests, content identifiers, playlist choices, favorites, listening history, app settings and diagnostic information to provide its features. Favorites, playlists, downloaded content and most listening preferences are stored locally on your device. Network requests necessarily expose technical information such as your IP address, device type and app version to the services handling those requests.
The app does not require a Shufl FM account and does not ask you to provide your name, address or contacts.
Advertising
Shufl FM uses AppLovin MAX and may use mediated advertising partners, including Meta Audience Network. Advertising providers may collect or receive device or other identifiers (including the resettable advertising identifier when available), approximate location inferred from IP address, ad interactions, app interactions, diagnostics and device information. They use this information to provide, measure, secure and, where legally permitted, personalize advertising.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID and manage ad privacy choices in Android settings. Consent options may also be presented where required by law.
Content and network services
Search, metadata, artwork, lyrics, recommendations and playback may rely on external content and network service providers. Queries or content identifiers are transmitted to those providers to return the requested feature. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Offline data and permissions
When offline saving is enabled, selected audio and artwork are stored in the app’s private storage. The app uses Internet access for online features and advertising, wake lock and a foreground media playback service so playback can continue with the screen off. Shufl FM does not request access to contacts, SMS, call logs, camera or precise GPS location.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you remove items, clear the relevant history, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Advertising and external providers retain information under their own policies. You can delete local data through Android Settings > Apps > Shufl FM > Storage > Clear storage.
Children
Shufl FM is not directed to children under 13. The app should not be published to a child-directed audience while advertising identifiers or personalized advertising are enabled.
Security and international processing
Network communication uses HTTPS where supported. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Advertising and external service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal safeguards.
Changes
This policy may be updated when app features, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
